Lei n°18.701/14 reabre prazo para adesão ao Regulariza

Foi publicado no Diário Oficial de hoje a Lei 18.701/14, no Suplemento referente ao dia 11/12/14, o Programa REGULARIZA para débitos de IPVA e ITCD e reabriu as adesões aos contribuintes devedores do ICMS.

Para os débitos de IPVA e ITCD os descontos são de 100% na multa e nos juros e 50% na correção monetária para pagamento à vista, podendo ser parcelado em até 60 meses com regressão dos descontos. As parcelas deverão ter valores mínimos de R$ 100,00 e R$ 300,00 respectivamente.

Já para o ICMS os descontos seguem a regressão da tabela anterior, sendo os descontos atuais de 91% na multa e juros e 41% na correção monetária para pagamento a vista.

Com a reabertura do Programa todos os incentivos concedidos inicialmente ao ICMS entram em vigor, inclusive a possibilidade de quitação dos débitos com a utilização de créditos de ICMS próprios ou de terceiros.

O prazo de adesão ao Programa encerra-se em 29 de dezembro de 2014, portanto serão menos de 15 dias para enquadramento nos benefícios.
